Professional Storefront Cleaning in Delaware

East Coast did a great job ckeaning our dryer vent. 3 years ago when they did this, they discovered our builder had not vented our dryer to the outside our our home! Thankfully we had it remedied and all is well. If you haven’t had this service done yet, please do. It’s so worth it!

I highly recommend using East Coast Window Cleaning. This past week, Jason & Noah (employees of East Coast) knocked on my door at the agreed time (a few minutes early even) and began their work. They were courteous and polite. They explained exactly what they were going to do and urged me to ask question if I had any. They made sure that when they entered my house, they put on paper booties to protect our floors. After they left, I checked each window and slider to make sure nothing was forgotten.
I do have to add that Fred (from the office) was also easy to reach by phone and also answered my questions. I felt their pricing was more than fair, and a good deal for all the work they accomplished.

We scheduled for East Coast to soft wash our house. They had quoted a fair price. From the start, they were responsive and efficient. Matt and his crew texted to let us know they were one their way so we could be ready for them. Once here the Matt and the crew were outstanding. They kept us informed of their progress and while during their work they noticed our dryer vent was clogged. They were able to clean that out for a reasonable additional fee. Matt also mentioned other things we could do, and offered to do them, but left the decision up to us. We appreciated his explanations and the fact that there was no high pressure sales push, just an explanation of potential future work. At the end of the job they asked if we wanted to do a walk around to inspect their work before they left. As it was raining, we did not do that, but thought it was professional of them to have us check out their work. We highly recommend East Coast and Matt and his crew.

East Coast Windows does a fabulous job. They do everything outside our house and some things inside.. They are personable, timely, and recently did a fabulous job cleaning our gutters after the big blizzard and now we’re ready for spring. They are immaculate. I recommend East Coast to anyone who wants their house to be safe and clean, and are looking for caring professionals.

Wilmar did a wonderful job of explaining what would be done along with pictures that he took to explain it thoroughly. The price was very reasonable and the work was done efficiently and professionally. My dryer vent works great. I will be using them again.
